The Emerald Coast Juniors Present:
A Tradition in Bay County, Florida
The GFWC Emerald Coast Junior Woman's Club, Inc. ("Emerald Coast Juniors") is an organization grown out of a need for social interaction, philanthropy and self improvement for today's modern woman.
GFWC Emerald Coast Juniors raised over 20 pair of new shoes for students in need at Cedar Grove Elementary in Bay County through the Kicks for Kids program. Shoes were collected as entry fees for the Miss Camellia Pageant.
After seeing our Miss Camellia pageant ad on Facebook, new member Trish Boston started a campaign to collect clothes for clothes closets for local elementary schools. As you can see, the drive was wonderfully successful. Hiland Park Elementary was blessed with clothes for students in need. Additionally, toys were donated to Family Social Services. Diapers and other baby items were donated to the Pregnancy Resource Center.
Our meetings are held the first Thursday of the month at 5:30 pm at the GFWC Woman's Club of Panama City Clubhouse at 350 N. Cove Blvd.
Keep up with our Instagram page and see what great things we are doing so you can be sure to check us out!
The Emerald Coast Juniors raised over 30 boxes of cereal for Cedar Grove Elementary in Bay County.

Juniors co-sponsored a Free Community Fun Night in Panama City Beach. We had great attendance and the Juniors enjoyed facepainting.
Juniors participate in sponsoring several Little Free Libraries in Bay and Walton Counties. Members are working to refurbish several locations. Members have donated over 100 books so far. Please let us know if you have any books to donate. Both kids and adult books are welcome.
